As part of its Transforming Leaders initiative, Berkeley has launched a podcast called The Leader’s Way. This podcast, produced and hosted by our very own Brandon Nappi and Hannah Black, convenes conversation at the intersection of leadership and spirituality.
The shell is a symbol of pilgrimage, especially on the Camino de Santiago, an ancient pilgrimage which culminates at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The lines on the scallop shell are said to symbolize different routes pilgrims take to arrive at the destination.
The Leader’s Way is an audio pilgrimage in the sense that we are convening conversation which seeks answers to some of life’s most important questions. Will you join us on our journey?
The first five episodes are available now. In these episodes, we contemplate innovative ministry, AI, hope in leadership, the Trinity, and clergy wellness.
