Berkeley Divinity School forms leaders who transform communities. With the advent of Berkeley’s Transforming Leaders initiative, this work extends beyond seminary.
About Transforming Leaders
Welcome to Berkeley Divinity School at Yale!
My name is Brandon Nappi, and I am the Executive Director of Leadership Programs. If I can be of any support to you in your learning, please let me know at brandon.nappi@yale.edu.
You will find that we have different kinds of learning opportunities to meet different needs. All church leaders are invited to participate in any of our offerings, whether they be lay or ordained, Episcopalian or not. I hope you will explore our offerings and join us on this journey!
Transforming Leaders is a 3-part initiative:
Our learning space is hopeful, courageous, and imaginative. Clergy and lay leaders from every country, diocese, and seminary background are warmly welcome to join us.
There are no easy answers to the urgent problems facing the Church and the world today. The climate crisis, racial injustice, epidemic loneliness, and declining numbers pose serious challenges. These issues constitute an opportunity for leaders to reflect, reimagine, and recommit. Through the Transforming Leaders offerings, clergy and lay leaders can reflect on the urgent need for spiritual leadership and innovation.
Lifetime learning is a form of leadership, an act of faith, and a practice of Christian service. Connect with us and get involved.
