Yes! Berkeley offers online courses and workshops as well as a continuing education certificate program, known as The Leader’s Way. Berkeley also has a podcast called The Leader’s Way, which focuses on ministry and the spiritual life. Visit Transforming Leaders to learn more.

The Leader’s Way is a certificate program in which fellows imagine together how ministry can meet the needs of our time.

Fellows spend one week at Yale together in June and one year in community through online programming. Fellows learn from Yale faculty and visiting luminaries. In online cohorts, they develop Innovative Ministry Projects over the course of the year to better serve their communities. At the end of the program, leaders are awarded a Yale certificate.
