The Episcopal Church

Berkeley Divinity School is an accredited seminary of The Episcopal Church, and its graduates serve parishes, dioceses, and non-profit Episcopal organizations throughout the nation and the world. Berkeley graduates also serve as chaplains, teachers and administrators in colleges and schools, especially those among the nearly 1200 member schools of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES). Both the Executive Director of NAES and the Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church in the United States are Berkeley alumni.

The Episcopal Church is also part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, which is comprised of over 80 million people in 160 countries.  Students at Berkeley Divinity School have the benefit of visitors from throughout the Anglican Communion and opportunities to travel and study throughout the world.
